How it goes
Type the address, trace the roof
The satellite photo comes up. Tap round each slope and tell it the pitch. Back come the squares, the real sloped area and every edge length, with the ridge counted once.

Traced on the sample street with the tracer: 38.1 squares at 6/12, every edge measured. Describe the job, get the quote
“Tear off one layer, architectural, 40 ft of ridge vent.” It comes back priced from the price book, with every assumption it made written on the quote where you see it first. It never writes a price itself.
Send the link
The homeowner opens it on their phone. You see when they open it and when they say yes, and the job sits on your list until it is done.
Measuring and pricing work with no bars; the arithmetic runs on your phone. Only the aerial photo and the send wait for signal, and the send queues until you have it.
What it costs
Free for 3 live jobs, with our name on the quote. Solo is $59 a month or $499 a year: every job you take, your name on every quote, no per-report fee.

- Is it really free?
- The free tier is, for ever. No card, and it does not expire. You do need an account — signing in is your email address and a code. Free gets you measuring, pricing and sending for 3 live jobs at a time, and 3 AI-written quotes a month. Paying removes the job cap and puts your name, rather than ours, on the quote the homeowner opens.
- What does each roof cost me?
- Nothing on top. There is no fee per roof, per report or per address on any tier — you trace as many as you like. The services that measure for you charge each time, published at around $13 to $38 a roof, and you pay that whether or not you win the job. Four quotes to win one job is four of those.
- Will it work on my phone on a roof?
- That is what it is built for. Big targets, a number pad for every field, nothing to install. With no bars at all you can still measure and price the job, because the arithmetic runs on your phone rather than on a server. What waits for signal is anything that leaves the phone — the quote going to the homeowner — and that queues on the phone's own storage and goes out when you have bars.
- How do I know the numbers are right?
- Check them. The measuring tool prints its formula and a worked example you can redo on paper; the pitch factors match the published table row for row; the quote shows every assumption it made before the homeowner sees it. If a number ever looks wrong you can find out exactly where it came from.
